Remembering ‘Epeli…

Luisa Tora and Ema Tavola have been invited by the Pacific Research Cluster to speak at An Oceanic Imagination: A Tribute to the Life and Mind of ‘Epeli Hau’ofa taking place on Wednesday 21 October at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand.

Our panel is called Visions of building Pacific representations through the Arts.





Fijians doing great things in NZ!

Roland Williams grew up being constantly reminded to appreciate old school music. He’s on a rugby scholarship from Fiji at Kelston Boys High School in West Auckland and is hoping to extend his stay till 2010 so he can attend university and study psychology. Winning with over 50% of the vote, Roland Williams rocked it with the Gregory Abbott classic ‘Shake You Down’ and took out the final heat of Homai Te Pakipaki 2009 on Maori Television.
